Brief

To build a visual world from scratch, create a B2B SaaS explainer video. Take a B2B story and make it feel premium. The challenge was to visualize the magic.

The subject: Rocket.new, a platform that uses Claude to generate agency-grade websites from a single prompt. 

The goal: show the viewer that while the input is a single sentence, the engine behind it is genuinely complex.

Challenge

There were abstract SaaS concepts which needed to be shown in a simplified way and attractive way. There was no existing design language. VO script and visual notes were the only materials provided by the client.

Creative Direction & AI Assisted Workflow

The visual language was developed around a restrained grey and blue color palette to convey a sense of technology, clarity, and trust. A hybrid workflow combining AI-assisted ideation and traditional design tools enabled rapid exploration and execution. The narrative was structured into three visually cohesive phases. The opening section was intentionally minimal to reflect the tone of the voice-over, gradually transitioning into a premium 2D–3D motion treatment to visualize complex concepts such as the “7-layer decision engine.” The later sections adopted a clean flat-explainer style to improve clarity and comprehension. The overall approach focused on translating abstract SaaS logic into engaging and accessible visual storytelling.

Outcome

This project highlights my ability to independently lead creative direction and execute end-to-end motion design solutions, translating complex SaaS logic into accessible and visually engaging communication.
